Rates and Services
The rates quoted are based on your selected period of stay. Rates are subject to change based on demand and occupancy. All quoted rates are in Euros (EUR). Rates include VAT and a self-service breakfast. City tax is not included in the rate and will be charged additionally.Age Requirements and Registration
You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room independently. Guests under 18 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (this includes teachers, coaches, etc.). In case of doubt regarding the identity of the legal guardian, our staff reserves the right to reject the registration of a minor.
Refusal of Registration:
We reserve the right to refuse check-in and accommodation to guests with whom we have had negative experiences in the past, particularly when:
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in time: 14:00 – 22:00
Check-out time: 07:00 – 11:00
A valid identification document with a photograph is required at check-in. Should you need your room earlier or wish to extend your stay upon departure, please contact the front desk in advance to check availability. An additional fee of 50 EUR per room applies for early check-in or late check-out. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage in our storage room free of charge before check-in or after check-out to explore Ljubljana.
Reservation Policy
Individual Reservations:
Reservations are valid if made via e-mail, online booking systems, by phone, or in person at the Tivoli Boutique Inn. When making a reservation, the guest agrees to provide a valid e-mail address and phone number. If you provide invalid contact details and cannot be reached, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
Group Reservations:
Bookings for 10 or more people, or for 5 or more rooms with the same arrival and departure dates, are considered group reservations and must be arranged through our dedicated group reservations team. If an individual makes a reservation for more than 10 people without prior arrangement, the hotel reserves the right to reject such a booking.
Guarantee and Credit Cards
A valid credit card is required to confirm and guarantee all reservations. The card may be charged in the event of late cancellation, no-show, or property damage. The hotel accepts the following credit and debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, and Maestro.
Cancellation Policy
Individual Reservations (up to 5 rooms):
Up to 3 days before arrival: Free of charge.Group Reservations:
Up to 60 days before arrival: No cancellation fee. 59 to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total reservation amount. 44 to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total reservation amount. 29 to 15 days before arrival: 90% of the total reservation amount. Less than 14 days before arrival: 100% of the total reservation amount.Property Policies and House Rules
To ensure a pleasant and relaxing stay for everyone, the Tivoli Boutique Inn maintains a "Commitment to Calm" in all guest rooms and public areas. Complaints regarding excessive noise may result in the responsible parties being asked to leave the hotel immediately, without the right to a refund.
The Tivoli Boutique Inn is a non-smoking hotel. A deep cleaning fee of 200 EUR will be charged for smoking any substance indoors. We take pride in our high standards of cleanliness. In the event of excessive stains, destruction, or damage to our property, a cleaning or repair fee will be applied (minimum 50 EUR). Parking is entirely at the vehicle owner's risk; the hotel assumes no liability for any damage or theft. All additional charges billed to the room must be settled no later than at check-out. Pets are not allowed.Children
