Terms and Conditions - Tivoli Boutique Inn

By proceeding with the reservation, you accept the following Terms and Conditions:

Rates

• The rates quoted are based on your period of stay.
• Rates are subject to change as a result of demand.
• Rates quoted are in EUR.
• Rates include VAT and a self-service breakfast.
• Rates do not include City tax.

Eligible Age & Registration

You must be at least 18 years of age to check in and register for a room. Guests younger than 18 years must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian (which includes teachers, trainers, and similar). Registration of guests younger than 18 years can be rejected by an employee in case of doubt regarding the legal guardian.

Guest registration can be rejected:
This rule applies to guests who have previously stayed with us and with whom we had a negative experience, such as:

• The guest caused damage to the property or to another guest.
• The guest was involved in illegal acts, or similar situations.

Check-in & Check-out

Check-in time: 14:00 – 22:00
Check-out time: 07:00 – 11:00

A valid identification document with a picture is required at check-in. Should you need your room earlier or require a later check-out, please contact the front desk in advance to check availability. We charge a fee of 50 EUR per room for early check-in or late check-out. Guests are welcome to leave their luggage in our storage free of charge to explore Ljubljana.

Reservation Policy

Individual reservations:
Reservations are valid if made by e-mail, internet reservation systems, by phone, or personally at the Tivoli Boutique Inn. When making a reservation, the website user undertakes to submit a valid e-mail address. If the user is not available by e-mail or phone, or submits an invalid e-mail address, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.

Group reservations:
Bookings of 10 persons or more, or 5 rooms with the same arrival and departure pattern, are considered a group and must be booked via our dedicated group reservations team. If one person makes a reservation for more than 10 people without notifying the group reservations team, the reservation may be rejected.

Credit Card Confirmation

A valid credit card is required to secure all reservations and may be charged in case of late cancellation or damages. We accept Credit or Debit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Diners, JCB, and Maestro.

Cancellation Policy

Individual reservations (up to 5 rooms):

• Up to 3 days before arrival: Cancellation free of charge.

Group reservations:

• Up to 60 days before arrival: No charge.
• 59 to 45 days before arrival: 50% of the total booking.
• 44 to 30 days before arrival: 75% of the total booking.
• 29 to 15 days before arrival: 90% of the total booking.
• 14 days to arrival: 100% of the total booking.

Property Policy & Additional Charges

To ensure everyone's enjoyment, the Tivoli Boutique Inn maintains a "Commitment to Calm" in guest rooms and public areas. Complaints from other guests about excessive noise can result in the noisy party being asked to leave the property immediately with no refund.

• The Tivoli Boutique Inn is a non-smoking property. A 200 € cleaning fee will be applied to your bill for smoking any substance indoors.
• We take particular pride in offering our guests clean rooms. You agree that excessive stains or damage to our property will result in a minimum 50 € cleaning or repair fee.
• Extra charges billed to the guest room will be settled at the time of check-out.
• Parking is at the responsibility of the vehicle owner, and the property is not liable for any damages. For booking a parking space, please contact us at info@tivoliboutiqueinn.com or speak directly to our reception team.
• Pets are not allowed.

Children

Children of all ages are welcome. Children aged 7 and above are considered adults at this property.
