We would like to inform you that we have been selected in the Public Tender for investments in the high-quality and long-term transformation of Slovenian tourism to strengthen its resilience.

Operation Name:

"CONSTRUCTION OF ŽIBERTOVA PENSION"

The main goal and purpose of the operation are:

• increasing the number of accommodation capacities of higher quality, consistent with the strategic directions of Slovenian tourism (sustainability, boutiqueness, authenticity) with the aim of increasing the quality of services.
• increase the number of employees.
• raise added value per employee.
• create new innovative tourist products.

The object of the operation is the construction of Pension Žibertova 4****.

The operation will be carried out until November 10, 2023.

A maximum of 493.295,51€ is approved for the operation.

The value of the operation without VAT amounts to 2.466.482,56€

The public tender for the selection of operations is partially financed by the European Union, namely from the European Regional Development Fund (ERDF). The public tender for the selection of operations is carried out within the framework of the "Operational program for the implementation of the European Cohesion Policy in the period 2014-2020", Priority axis (PO) 15 "Promoting the elimination of the consequences of the crisis within the framework of REACT-EU-ERDF", Priority investment (PN) 15.1 "Promoting the elimination of the consequences of the crisis in the context of the covid-19 pandemic and the preparation of a green, digital and resilient recovery of the economy".
